1st Gainsborough (Morton)

Morton Village Hall, Morton, Gainsborough

At 1st Gainsborough (Morton) Scout Group, we’re all about fun, friendship, and adventure! We offer young people the opportunity to develop skills for life through exciting activities, teamwork, and community involvement. Whether it’s learning how to build a shelter, trying out new sports, or making lifelong friends, there’s something for everyone.

Beavers (Ages 6–8)

Our Beavers section is where the adventure begins! Beavers enjoy a wide range of activities that help them explore the world around them, from nature walks and crafts to games and storytelling. It’s all about building confidence, making friends, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Cubs (Ages 8–10½)

Cubs take the next step in their Scouting journey with even more exciting challenges. From camping and hiking to learning new skills and earning badges, Cubs develop independence, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility, all while having a blast!

Volunteer With Us

Scouting wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteers. Whether you can spare an hour a week or a few days a year, there’s a role for everyone. From leading activities to helping behind the scenes, volunteering with us is a rewarding way to make a difference in young people’s lives, and have fun doing it!
