Provisional Program for the weekend Friday We will be onsite from 10am, all help most welcome. Leaders can stay on the Friday night, but no Scouts, Explorers or Guides.
Saturday 09:00 - Campers to arrive. Traffic entering / exit the site will be controlled. 11:00 - All cars to be off the plain, vehicles will no longer be allowed onto the plain but are to be parked in the overflow car park. 13:30 - Opening ceremony 14:00 - Activities to start 17:00 - Activities finish 19:00 - Scouts Incident Hike 21:00 - Explorer Incident Hike Disco will be available for when the inceident hike finishes 23:00 - Evening activities finish 23:30 - Lights out
Sunday 09:30 - Flag Break
10:00 - Activities start 12:30 - Lunch 14:00 - Activities re-start 17:00 - Activities finish 19:00 - Campfire 20:00 - Live Band Slinky Peach 23:00 - Evening activities finish 23:30 - Lights out
Monday 12:00 - Closing Ceremony 12:30 - Groups may go home (Cars will not be admitted until 12.30pm) 15:00 - Site to be cleared
